The Program

Eat. Move. Thrive.

Foundation 2 Progression

Getting fit, staying fit, and living healthy doesn’t have to require endless hours in the gym, constant deprivation or feeling like you aren’t ever doing enough.

It’s about striking the right balance between fitting in exercise with the time you have and changing your eating habits at a steady pace while seeing and feeling the progress you make.

This Program is:

Designed for leaders, executives and working mothers who have struggled with ideal nutrition, not enough time to exercise, never ending sugar cravings, chronic stress, low energy and an overall dissatisfaction in how they feel.

Phase 1: Foundation

the first part of the program.

A common problem with reaching most weight loss and fitness goals is they never get met because people don’t establish the proper foundation.

Establishing a FOUNDATION is the first step to improving health which is why Foundation is a part of this program.

Sustaining results once a program has ended is another common challenge that gets in the way of success.

Once the support is gone, it becomes harder to maintain a new and improved healthy lifestyle because new habits haven’t been practiced long enough to stick.

Inevitably life’s challenges start to take over, and without the proper tools and support to work through them while staying with healthy habits, it becomes too difficult to sustain.  These life challenges start to take over and then people fall back to the beginning starting the dreaded yo-yo effect.

The solution: Build a solid foundation

Phase 2: Progression

the 2nd part of the program.

Progression is about continuing with your established foundation and making progress with continued support.

Add another layer of healthy actions and more challenging workouts that help you move forward in achieving desired results — to reach your next level of health and fitness (whatever that is for you)

The trick is to stick to whatever is working and to go after the result you want. It’s about conquering the controllables, adapting quickly and becoming flexible so you can eat healthy with joy and satisfaction, move with ease, have tons of energy and enjoy life.

The Solution: Keep going no matter what! That is progress

I can’t think of anyone else I would have wanted to work with as much as Ariel after having 2 babies. She got me back into my side 26s post partum and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about seeking real results and who is interested in focused fun with a great dynamic work out.”

Frances Katzen (The Katzen Team @DouglasElliman, and mom of 2)

“Ariel put together a great program! She helped me set up a workout routine that I could maintain, set food guidelines that I can sustain and provided inspiring and motivational words of wisdom. The results I've achieved going through her program are that I now feel much stronger overall and have a lot more energy (no more mid day energy crashes). Working with a true expert like Ariel has made me more capable and confident in achieving my health goals. Thanks Ariel!”-

Kate Newnham (CEO, Visual Marketer + Website Designer @ UP Designs and kickass entrepreneur)

I’m astounded by the work we have done as I see how the strength and energy has increased in my body. Not only that, but I’ve stopped nibbling throughout the day. And, the best part is I’m eating more, not less!! I don’t beat myself up as much. For the first time after trying numerous other diets, I have noticed my tummy is getting flatter!! I’ve never had results like this - not even close. This proves to me the importance of staying strong , making the right food choices and continuing to build my strength and flexibility and finding the right balance of it all! Can’t wait to see what else is in store. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL our paths crossed and how you have pushed me! Thank you Ariel!!

Leticia Arvizu (Senior Litigation Docketing Analyst, and mom)

Since working with Ariel, I have lost over 29 inches over my entire body, 17lbs, I have more energy than ever, and my diastasis-recti went from 4 fingers to less than two all because of her custom programming.

The most surprising thing to me has been the strength and tone I have gained along the way that has increased my confidence in the way I look and feel as well as my overall ability to hang with my 3 daughters!"

Loran Tolbert (Speech Language Pathologist, Mom of 3)
